A Midsummer Dream in Mt. Lebanon

Pittsburgh Custom Hardscape Architect & Pool Contractor

Custom Family Fun pool with tanning ledge and PebbleTec finish, Paver Patio, Outdoor Kitchen / Dining

Project Details

This project in Mt. Lebanon, PA shows that you don’t have to have a huge yard to get a great space for entertaining. At a size of 8,792 sq. ft., this family was able to create a multi-purpose environment for their family and friends that will continue to provide memories for years to come.

Our team started with a clean slate but, with a small space such as this, equipment and staging locations were a challenge. With multiple crews on hand to handle the excavation, construction, plumbing, electric, and landscaping, keeping them organized and out of each other's way was the primary challenge for our project manager. Fortunately, that is their specialty.

Because of the teamwork of our staff and trade partners, this family was able to install a 1,250 sq. ft. Paver patio area utilizing Lampus pavers and sandstone steps.

The custom 17’ x 32’ Family Fun brand pool with tanning ledge features a Desert Gold Pebble Sheen from PebbleTec and an autocover was installed to keep the children safe when the pool is not in use.

Because this family loves to entertain, an L-shaped outdoor kitchen and bar area was included near the back of the home. Appliances from Blaze, such as a grill, refrigerator, and storage were added, and the area was covered with a beautiful granite countertop.

What is most impressive about this project are the items that cannot be seen. Fitting all of these components into a smaller space requires significant planning and coordination between the electrician, plumber, and other crews to ensure all areas have the resources they need to fulfill their part of the project.

We have no doubt that this family is going to enjoy their environment for years to come!
