We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chief of Operations (COO) to guide our team and help bring the Owner's vision to life.

 The Role

As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you are the Integrator who makes the PSW machine run. You’ll lead our staff, refine and scale operations, build a performance-driven culture, and provide the CEO with clear visibility into the health of the business. You’re not just a manager—you’re a systems builder, culture protector, and execution driver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership

  • Translate the CEO's vision into executable quarterly and annual goals.

  • Ensure that every department runs like a well-oiled machine

  • Provides the CEO weekly reports of the performance of the company and forecasts goals for the future

Team Management & Accountability

  • Directly manage department heads (Sales, Project Management, Marketing, Design, Procurement, Admin. etc.).

  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and professional development systems.

  • Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and growth.

Data & KPI Management

  • Build and own the company’s Scorecard across all business units.

  • Monitor key performance indicators weekly to ensure alignment and traction.

  • Provide clear reports to the CEO summarizing trends, risks, and recommendations.

  • Provides team members the proper guidance so they can achieve their goals and work proactively

Process & Systems Development

  • Create and refine SOPs that drive repeatable, scalable success.

  • Automate workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

  • Standardize systems across business units while maintaining flexibility for growth.

Strategic Execution

  • Build and manage positive attitudes among the team and customers

  • Facilitate leadership team meetings and cross-departmental communication.

  • Identify and solve key business issues and strategic challenges.

  • Ensure that every Rock (EOS priority) is completed on time and fully executed.

Qualifications

  • 10 year minimum background in residential construction management is required.

  • 7–15 years of experience in operations leadership (COO, Director of Ops, GM, etc.).

  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong knowledge of business operations, financials, KPIs, and reporting.

  • Experience implementing systems like EOS, Lean, or Six Sigma is a bonus.

  • High emotional intelligence, grit, and drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 - $150,000
